We might have been in the student and professional property business since 1983 but this blog is a new addition to our website, so we hope you enjoy reading it!

Here we will showcase our Properties of the Week and, for those of you new to the area, we will also give you hints and tips on what to do and where to go in our vibrant city of Leeds.

If you’re new to SJM, our flats, apartments and houses are all owned by us, so with us you will be renting direct from the landlord.

Most of our student properties are in Hyde Park and Headingley areas, close to local amenities and some also benefit from parking making it easy to get out and about.

Our accommodation ranges from 1 to 9 bed properties, we can also accommodate groups up to 15 beds, so lots of options to choose from, and you can search by area on our recently updated website!
