With this in mind, our contracts are easy to understand and our terms are flexible. Whenever possible we take the time to explain the agreement and your options. We specialise in student and professional accommodation, renting flats, apartments and houses mainly in the Leeds and Harrogate area.
Much of our accommodation has been built by us in the last few years and have even been nominated for an award for one of our properties. We have a large number of traditional Victorian and Edwardian properties as well as many modern apartment buildings in the heart of Hyde Park, Headingley and Harrogate We usually have a good selection of places available throughout the year.
The vast majority of properties are owned and managed by ourselves meaning keys decisions can be made without delay ensuring a smooth and prompt delivery of maintenance and repairs.
